Welcome to Visiolink's Newsletter Visiolink ready with iPad App for Media Companies As a top priority, Visiolink focuses on being able to support any new device that emerges on the market. Hence, Visiolink was ready with an application for the new Apple iPad. In mid April Visiolink participated in one of US's largest media exhibitions where we presented our new iPad App. This App can be used by any media company and can be seen as a lifeline which will help these companies safely into the future. A Danish Paper is testing E-pages on eReaders The Danish paper Jydske Vestkysten has launched a groundbreaking pilot project in Danish standards, where a selected group of readers are testing their Jydske Vestkysten paper on the electronic e-reading devices Sony eReaders. The objective of this project is to examine the market for newspapers on devices. Thus they will be the first Danish newpaper to open up for the possibility to read the printed newpaper in other than their computer. Thanks to our R&D department it is now even easier for our newspaper clients to follow the newspaper processing.![]() It is now possible for the client with periodic publishing to follow the procesing through new info boxes in the back-end system. The info boxes for instance shows when the publication was run and when it was started and much more. Read more. In the future you will find links to news from the publishing industry. The theme of the month is the iPad which is already on top of mind for many people.
